This person will be accountable for the overall digital marketing strategy and campaign for the microBLOX™ product line. Broadly speaking the DMM will be tasked with developing new business opportunities and the maintenance of customer relationships using web tools and social media channels. The position includes graphic design, content creation and social media aspects all in the context of marketing plans. The DMM must be an expert in tracking analytics, interpreting results, and optimizing digital marketing channels as necessary to establish our position as the market leader.

• Create and execute content syndication strategy including repurposing content in strategic components of the buyer's journey.
• Develop and execute a digital marketing strategy including search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) to maximize lead generation, create awareness and extend the brand for Ovivo and its MBR product family.
• Maximize potential of social media to meet business goals.
• Continuously monitor and update the microBLOX website, MBR website and MBRCentral as needed to meet business goals. Related tasks to include:
o The creation and maintenance of dashboards highlighting key performance indicators.
o Fostering a dynamic approach within the MBR team regarding digital media and in particular social media
o Starting and cultivating social media conversations that further our presence and improve our market position
• Build, maintain and optimize microBLOX™, MBR Integrated Solutions and MBR Aftermarket presence and image on Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn.
• Continuously analyze our use of digital media by:
o Performing ad-hoc or on-demand reporting as needed to look at different angles of the data such as tracking warm versus cold leads.
o Measuring product marketing efforts more efficiently – from our mobile to website to social platforms.
o Providing analytics on microBLOX™ and MBR leads in the CRM
o Understanding the big-picture view of customer's activity
o Maintaining and optimizing for analytics helps the company create more relevant content to improve engagement with all of customers.

• Facilitate and promote greater use of Skype or other video conference methods.
• Monitor and report on Ovivo Connect use. Maintain and optimize documentation uploaded.
• Maintain and creating marketing collateral for microBLOX™ and MBR (images, pictures, video, animation, etc.)

• Ability to understand and both read, write and converse in English and at advanced level.
• Must be able to communicate verbally and in writing on a technical level.
• Displays ability to effectively communicate information and ideas in written and video format.
• Must have demonstrated interpersonal and customer relations skills.

• Ability to make decisions requiring the use of multiple variables, in complex non-standard situations.
• Ability to apply principles of logical or scientific thinking to a wide range of intellectual and practical problems.
• Uses discretion and independent judgment on matters of significance.

Education and/or Experience:
• B.S degree in Marketing, Communications or similar. 4+ years related work experience.
Computer Skills:
• Proficient in the use of MS Office products and Company-standard software.
• Knowledge of ERP/MRP/CRM systems. SharePoint, Office Web Apps
Travel as required for project reviews and training.
• Possesses knowledge and experience in the tenets of traditional marketing.
• Demonstrates creativity and documented immersion in Social Media.
• Proficient in content marketing theory and application. Experience sourcing and managing content development and publishing.
• Exhibits the ability to jump from the creative side of marketing to analytical side, able to demonstrate why their ideas are analytically sound.
• Displays in-depth knowledge and understanding of Social Media platforms, their respective participants (Facebook, Twitter, Yelp, Google+Local, YouTube, Instagram, Pinterest etc.) and how each platform can be deployed in different scenarios.
• Maintains excellent writing and language skills.
• Maintains video development and editing skills.
• Enjoys a working knowledge of the blogging ecosystem relevant to the Company's field.
• Exceeds at building and maintaining sales relationships, online and off.
• Is a team player with the confidence to take the lead and guide other employees when necessary. (ie: content development, creation and editing of content, and online reputation management).
• Makes evident good technical understanding and can pick up new tools quickly.
• Maintains a working knowledge of principles of SEO including keyword research. Highly knowledgeable in the principles of "Search and Social".
• Demonstrates winning Social Customer Service techniques. Possesses great ability to identify potential negative or crisis situation and apply conflict resolution principles to mitigate issues
